Camera Instructions

  • Make sure the User Name is customers and the password is 1234.


  • If you can't see all 16 cameras, make sure the camera views is set to 16 before you login.


  • Sometimes the cameras are slow to load, especially if you have a slow internet connection.


  • Double click on individual camera views to zoom in on them. Double click again to return to normal view.


  • Right click the camera view and it will expand to full screen, right click again to return to the normal view.


  • Change the number of camera displayed using the six buttons under the login button.


  • ActiveX: if the camera login page does not load, you may have to install ActiveX. A bar will appear at the top of the screen with an ActiveX message. Click on that message and choose to install ActiveX. Follow the instructions to install it.


  • If you have installed ActiveX and still get an error you may have to reduce the security settings in your browser and enable ActiveX controls.
    Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security tab.
    Click on 'Custom Level', then scroll down the list till you find 'download unsigned ActiveX Controls'
    Select the 'prompt' option and click 'OK' at the bottom.
    A warning will appear, click 'Yes' to accept the changes.
    Click 'OK' to close this window.
    Close and restart your browser then try to access the system again.


  • Please note, the camera uses ActiveX and will only work in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

How to enable ActiveX Controls in Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step 1: Go to the Tools menu, and select Internet Options.

Step 2: Once the Internet Options window appears, select the Security tab, and click Custom Level.

Step 3: Scroll down to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins group, and ensure that all ActiveX options are set to either “Enable” or “Prompt”. Since the remote viewing software is published in an unsigned state, please make certain that the options “Download unsigned ActiveX controls” and “Initialize and Script ActiveX controls not marked as safe” are set to “Prompt”. This way, when you visit the demo, you will be asked if you want to install the software.

Step 4: Click “OK” until you return to the browser.

Step 5: Direct your browser to the target demo system (DVR, IP Camera/Module, etc), and click OK/Install when prompted. As soon as your computer finishes downloading and installing the ActiveX remote viewing software, you should see video streaming from the system. If you only see a black area, with numbers, click your browser’s refresh button or press F5 on your keyboard.
